Trusting the Process When You Can’t See the Path

Advice for entrepreneurs

You’ve got plans. Big plans. But life doesn’t always hand us clear roads. Sometimes the path blurs. In Shine we teach the Discipline “Be Humble” — not because ego is bad, but because humility births trust in what you don’t see.

Trusting the process means committing to the question, not only the answer. It means moving even when the roadmap is fuzzy. It means listening to your inner guide instead of only your spreadsheet. You’ll feel resistance. Logical parts of you will shout “Show me the next step!” But your soul whispers, “Start here.”

Here’s the sequence:

  • Step 1: Choose a goal you can’t fully map out.

  • Step 2: Give yourself a time-bound container (next 90 days) and agree you’ll take at least one imperfect step each week.

  • Step 3: Weekly check-in: What popped up this week? What felt right? What tested you?

  • Step 4: Monthly evaluation: Did resisting fear or trusting intuition lead your step? Recalibrate.

When you trust the process you embody resilience. You convert waiting into becoming. You turn uncertainty into presence. And you stay aligned with your True Self when the view ahead is unclear.

Stay Focused,
Gino
