Is it Time?

Just curious … what’s your relationship with time? Do you give it away freely or hold tight to it? Do you let life flow or are you structured with every moment of your life?

Of course, there’s no right or wrong answer to these questions. You know what’s best for you in this moment (of time!) in your life.

It’s worth considering. Especially now. There’s a lot going on in this world. You probably feel it. You may like some of it and not like some of it.

What if you let go a bit? What if you allowed life to flow more naturally? What if you tuned in more deeply to be sure how you are using your time aligns with your True Self?

What three changes could you make in your life to better align your time with your True Self?

Final Thought . . . a favorite poem of mine by Bob Munson

“Once upon a time, before time was invented, there was no daytime or nighttime, and yesterday, today and tomorrow weren't here yet. There were no watches, clocks, sundials, no hours, minutes, days, seconds, years. There was no fast or slow, and everything just was the way it was when it was that way. And things happened in no time. They just happened when they did. Flowers bloomed when they did, morning and evening just came and went. Once upon that time, there lived a frog who lived in no time. He wasn't fast or slow. When he jumped, he jumped, and when he didn't, he didn't. He got to where he was going in no time, because in no time, it took no time to get anywhere, and anywhere was everywhere. So he was really where he wanted to be all the time, and he was always on time wherever he was. He got where he was going before he left,

he didn't have to rush or hurry, because in no time he could never be late.”

Wishing you lots of joy ♥️

Much love,
Rob
