Are you resilient?
You are driven, so I’ll assume you are growing and expanding in your life on a regular basis. That means you are learning to accept yourself as you are, warts and all. You are not broken. You are here to learn lessons that lead to your growth and expansion. Some philosophies say you chose these lessons long before you arrived on this earth, and that they show up as karmic challenges designed for your evolution. Other philosophies see this as God working in you . . . using every experience, joy, and hardship to shape your heart and strengthen your faith. When you begin to see life this way, you stop fighting it.
This acceptance builds resilience. When you accept reality as it is, it no longer grips your mind, body, or emotions. Think about how much energy gets lost when you ruminate. The endless replay of a situation keeps you stuck, but when you release it and move forward, you grow stronger and lighter. Resilience doesn’t mean you don’t feel emotions; it means they don’t take you over. You see them, feel them, and allow them to pass through. That’s what allows you to keep expanding. The more you practice this, the more grounded and peaceful you become, even when life tests you.
Journal prompt:
Where in your life are you being invited to accept reality as it is, and how might that acceptance strengthen your resilience?
Final Thought
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” — Rumi
Take a deep breath and remember that you are not here to be perfect. You are here to grow. Each challenge is an invitation to meet yourself more fully and rise with greater grace.
Wishing you lots of joy ♥️
Much love,
